This date marks 10 years since the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway (the longest guided busway in the world) was officially opened to the public.
To celebrate this, we will be skating the length of the busway.
To allow for different skating ability or speed we will split into two groups with different start times:
- 2PM start - A slower more relaxed skate at speeds of about 7-10mph
- 2:30PM start - Faster skaters
We will be meeting at Cambridge North train station (there is free parking on Nuffield Road about 100 yards away) and skate towards St Ives (26 miles).
